YOU ARE NOT ALONE

The Pain You Might Feel Right Now

Deep down, you know there’s something under the surface — a story, a pattern, a voice — that keeps showing up. And you’re ready to finally meet it, understand it, and loosen its grip.

You overthink, over-give, or over-control, and it leaves you drained.

You want to say “no,” but guilt whispers louder.

You’re tired of feeling like you’re working against yourself.

You want to trust, but fear pulls you back.

You keep running into the same frustrations, even though you thought you’d moved past them.

“Why do I keep doing this, even when I know it doesn’t serve me?”

Meet Your Inner Voices

We all have inner voices that shape how we think, act, and respond. Sometimes they push us to overachieve, sometimes they keep us quiet, and sometimes they whisper doubts that stop us from stepping forward.

These voices aren’t flaws. They’re derailers — patterns you created long ago to keep yourself safe. The problem is… what once protected you may now be holding you back.

There are 11 common derailers, and we all have them in different mixes. These derailers were created by your brain as safety mechanisms to keep you safe and understanding where they stem from; be it from your cultural background, personality, childhood, or experiences, can help you identify and tame them.

Understanding them is the first step to freedom.

Nadège Welsch

I know what it feels like to work hard, do all the “right” things, and still wonder why certain patterns keep showing up.

I started my career in Finance after graduating from a BA in International Finance and an MA in Global Risk Management and for years I lived, studied and worked across cultures, leading and working in teams, navigating high pressure environments - whilst quietly fighting my own inner derailers.

After leaving the Financial sector, I decided to go deeper in understanding the way humans function and how I could tame my inner derailers, which is why I graduated with an MSc in Business Psychology to give me the tools to support individuals in their quest for a deeper understanding of themselves and others.

This experience and background led me to create Be-a-Chameleon. For 15 plus years, I have been helping individuals and teams uncover the invisible forces shaping their behaviour - from inner derailers to cultural blueprints - so they can stop second-guessing themselves and start leading with confidence, clarity and connection.

I believe you are not broken - you are layered. And once you understand your layers and patterns, you can transform them.

"Your patterns don’t define you.

But understanding them is the first step to freedom."
